Out of the Mouths of Babes

When our beloved cat, Tigger, died a few years ago, we were beyond devastated.

Tigger was a huge, fluffy gray-and-white Norwegian Forest cat. He was our gorgeous model kitty (ridiculously photogenic), our family cat, our dog-cat.

Before taking The Tiggs to be put down, I looked at Rob and said:

"I am going to dissociate."

And Rob said:

"I will be dead inside."

And young, 10-year-old Sam said:

"I think I'm just going to accept it."

Amidst our pain, grief, and anguish, we burst into uncontrollable laughter.

Out of the mouths of babes.

Dear reader, you cannot make this shit up.
